In 2020, GP Custom Homes was founded as a partnership between the Guidi brothers and John Paludi, providing John with a clear path toward future ownership. As a result, after a highly successful career, Peter Guidi, along with his brothers, has decided to pass the ownership of GP Custom Homes to John in January 2026.
